All Mutoh branded printers are sold through Authorized Mutoh Service Resellers and come complete with an on-site service warranty. Extended warranties are also available for purchase. If you have a question regarding your new, or existing Mutoh printer, please contact your dealer first for problem resolution. If the problem is not corrected, or a question goes unanswered, please contact us at CustomerCare@mutoh.com.
Mutoh also manufacturers printers, under private label, for other companies. If you have purchased a Mutoh manufactured printer from another company and have questions, or need service, please contact them directly.
E-Mail Questions will be answered within four business hours, dealer requests for onsite service will be processed immediately (again during business hours) and a confirmation email will be sent to you and your customer provided both email addresses are on the request form.
