FELLERS Certification Form

Obtain FELLERS Certification and enjoy many benefits!

FELLERS Certified candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • Provide four (4) separate customer references for wrap jobs your company has sold
  • Provide four (4) photographs of the wrap jobs that coincide with the references submitted
  • Provide one (1) wrap testimonial from one of your customer references
  • Purchase your wrap materials from FELLERS
  • Remain in good credit standing with FELLERS
  • Complete this entire form and submit it for consideration

Part Two: References

In order to become a FELLERS Certified Wrap Provider, you must provide evidence of your wrap capabilities. For each reference that you submit, you must provide one photograph that we can show on FELLERS.com.

IMPORTANT: We contact all references before we issue FELLERS Certification. Please ensure that the contact information you provide in this section is correct and current. To expedite the certification process, we recommend that you contact your references separately and let them know they will be contacted by a FELLERS Certified representative in the near future.

Part Three: Photography Release

“I hereby grant to FELLERS the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use and publish photographs of me, or in which I may be included, for FELLERS publications, electronic reproductions (web sites), and/or promotional materials or any other purpose and in any manner or medium for the duration of the intended use of FELLERS. In addition, I grant permission to alter the same without restriction; and to copyright the same. I hereby release the photographer and FELLERS from all claims and liability relating to said photographs.”

Part Four: Wrap Testimonial

Please provide one testimonial, from any of the references listed above, which describes the impact that their wrap had on their business. NOTE: We're not looking for a testimonial about your work; we're looking for a testimonial from your customer about how the wrap has affected their company. Ask your customer for specific anecdotes: How quickly did the wrap pay for itself? Did they get new business due to the wrap? Have they received new customers due to the wrap? Was the wrap cost effective versus other advertising? Etc.

Part Five: Final Notes

Thank you for your interest in becoming FELLERS Certified. Once you have submitted this form and delivered to FELLERS your vehicle wrap photos, then you will receive confirmation that you are officially FELLERS Certified. Please allow ten business days for this process to be completed. You will be notified via email when your information has been finalized and appears on the web site.
